A hairball is a solid mass of cat hair that forms in a cat's stomach or intestines over time as the result of their daily grooming habits. If large enough, they can cause an intestinal blockage. Most cats are susceptible to hairball problems due to compulsive, and sometimes excessive, grooming. Long-haired cats tend to have even more problems due to their thicker coats.

Great Recycling Ideas for Packing Material
If you are anything like me, you love the convenience of shopping online. What I don't like is all the packing material that is left behind to dispose of. What to do with it all? Recently we purchased a shredder to shred all of the paper and cardboard to then add to our compost pile for our garden. I was shocked at how fast it broke down into dark, rich soil! Surely there must be other creative ways to use all of this leftover packaging material.
I stumbled upon this video and thought it was really helpful for thinking outside the box, so to speak, on how to re-purpose packing materials into something useful. I hope you agree and enjoy the ideas! Happy recycling!
